Founded in 2013 by Heath McNab and joined by Joel Lewis in 2018, they have built an enviable reputation for being proactive, personable and accessible to ensure the best possible compliance outcomes for their clients. MBC Group has a dedicated team of highly experienced specialist consultants based in NSW that also service the ACT, Queensland and Victoria. 

EMC Technologies is the largest, most experienced and most accredited EMI/EMC/EMR/Safety facility in Australia with over fifty professional staff employed across branches in Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand. Operating since 1992, Chris Zombolas’ drive and foresight established and built a successful business specialising in approval and certification testing to Electromagnetic (EMC, EMI, EMR/EMF/SAR), Electrical Safety, Telecommunications and compliance engineering consultation and special projects services to all areas of the electrical/electronics industry.

Formed in 1993, Eville & Jones (E&J) is a leading provider veterinary, compliance and public health solutions to the food industry.  Their UK wide team of nearly 1,000 professionals deliver audit, verification, inspection and compliance services in the fields of animal health, public health, food safety and animal welfare.

This acquisition is our 14th deal in 2023 and is a landmark first in the LATAM Region and augments our fast growing food and life sciences platform.

ASCT (Australian Soil and Concrete Testing) was formed in 2014 and is a NATA accredited geotechnical testing company that offers soil testing, concrete testing, and other related services to the Australian construction and infrastructure market.

The team pride themselves on offering expert advice and first class levels of service to Facilities Management and End User clients helping to ensure that they are compliant with applicable guidelines, regulations and legislation.

Evolution Water Services provides a range of specialist services including water treatment, water hygiene, consultancy, training and indoor air quality services designed to help clients achieve compliance and manage risks.
