What a journey the last 4 years have been for Phenna Group. What started as a vision sat at the kitchen table in the summer of 2017, then evolved into the 2019 acquisition of Hansen Aerospace (USA) and First Scottish Group (UK), an MBO in April 2019 to form Phenna Group and the formation of a small team of dedicated and multi-talented individuals that make up Phenna Group today.
Fast forward to the autumn of 2022 and Phenna Group now has 36 businesses that employ over 2800 employees worldwide, rapidly building a reputation as the acquirer of choice in the global TICC market.
