She also brings extensive experience in corporate governance, legal operations and supporting businesses through periods of significant growth and change.

Commenting on her appointment, Jayne shared: "Phenna Group has partnered with more than 100 businesses in just a few years, and that pace and ambition are a large part of what attracted me to the role. My focus will be on providing practical, commercial legal and governance support that helps our businesses keep moving, while supporting the Group's continued M&A and international growth. I am looking forward to getting to know the people and businesses across Phenna."

After almost five years as Group General Counsel, Tom Gray will relocate to Australia and take up the role of Legal Counsel, Asia-Pacific, reporting to Brett Coleman, APAC Managing Director.
