Phenna Group Welcomes Cherie Gudz as Corporate Development Director – Americas
Phenna Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Cherie Gudz as Corporate Development Director – Americas. In this role, Cherie will drive growth initiatives, including strategic acquisitions and partnerships across North and South America. She will report to Jon Harrison, Group Head of Corporate Development, and will play a key role in Phenna Group’s ongoing global expansion.
Cherie brings over 20 years of experience in business leadership and mergers and acquisitions across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Products, Food Safety, Environmental Testing, and broader TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance) sector. She has successfully integrated over 50 acquisitions and spearheaded business growth initiatives, achieving sustainable revenue expansion and operational excellence. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Corporate Development at KKR, leading investment strategies in the TIC sector. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Element Materials Technology, SGS North America, Eurofins Scientific, and Microbac Laboratories.
