Phenna Group is delighted to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Studio Santi, a specialist energy management and sustainability business providing testing, inspection, technical assurance and regulatory compliance services. This latest acquisition remains subject to final regulatory clearance by the Italian Government following its notification pursuant to Decree-law 15 March 2012, No. 21 ("Golden power Decree").
Founded in 2001 by Federico Santi and headquartered in Rome, Studio Santi will join Phenna Group's Built Environment Division in EMEA. The company brings extensive expertise in energy efficiency, renewable energy, building performance and sustainability compliance, further strengthening Phenna's ability to support clients navigating the energy transition.
Strengthening Phenna's energy transition expertise
Studio Santi brings a dedicated energy-efficiency and sustainability capability to Phenna Group in Italy. Its expertise will strengthen the Group's offering across building performance, decarbonisation, energy certification, regulatory compliance and renewable energy technical assurance.
The business is highly complementary to Phenna's existing capabilities in EMEA, particularly those of 4Fores and Asprel. Together, the businesses will support clients across renewable energy technical due diligence, solar photovoltaic and battery storage projects, grid compliance, energy-performance conformance and broader verification services.
These complementary capabilities will enable Phenna to support clients across more stages of the energy and infrastructure lifecycle, from early technical assessment and design review through to construction quality assurance, verification, regulatory compliance and ongoing performance.
