V2i, headquartered in Liège, Belgium, is an ISO accredited specialist TICC provider delivering advanced simulation, testing and validation of mechanical systems, with strong expertise in fatigue, durability and structural performance under complex loading conditions. The company supports clients across the full asset lifecycle, from design verification to failure analysis and in-service optimisation.
Its capabilities combine finite element analysis, experimental testing and technical advisory, positioning V2i as an independent strategic partner to OEMs and Tier 1s in safety- and compliance-critical industries (automotive, aerospace and energy).
About Optrion
Optrion, also headquartered in Liège, Belgium, is a specialist provider of optical measurement and precision inspection solutions. The company delivers advanced metrology services and equipment for industries requiring high accuracy and quality control, including automotive and aerospace. Optrion is accredited for precision measurement and calibration services under recognised ISO standards.
The acquisitions of V2i and Optrion further strengthen Phenna Group's technical capabilities within the Industrials Division, adding advanced simulation, validation, precision measurement and quality assurance expertise that complements the Group's existing specialist testing services. Together, these capabilities enhance Phenna Group's ability to deliver integrated solutions for clients operating in complex, highly regulated and technically demanding environments.
