Headquartered in the UK, Phenna Group continues to strengthen its team by appointing Lee Rhodes as Divisional Finance Director for the Certification and Compliance Division.
Lee brings significant financial leadership experience across a range of industries. Most recently, he served as Finance Director at ADE Power, a UK market leader in critical power backup supply for hyperscale data centres and switchgear markets.
Prior to this, Lee spent four years as Head of Finance for the UK Recycling Division at FCC Environment, where he oversaw £250 million in revenue across multiple sub-divisions and partnerships. Earlier in his career, he held several finance roles at Veolia UK, supporting several PFI contracts.
A qualified FCMA with a degree in Economics and Finance, Lee brings a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial insight to the role.

In his new role, Lee will support the continued growth and development of the Certification and Compliance Division, working closely with colleagues across the Group to drive performance and collaboration.
Outside of work, Lee is a passionate sports fan and a season ticket holder at Sheffield United. He also follows Derbyshire County Cricket Club and coaches his son's under-8s football team. He enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
