Phenna Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ettore Pollicardo as Divisional Managing Director for EMEA, further strengthening the Group's senior leadership team.
Ettore brings more than 30 years of international TICC experience across a range of industrial sectors. He has operated at scale across multiple geographies, with responsibility for businesses exceeding €300 million in revenue and teams of over 2,800 employees across Europe and neighbouring regions.
His career has been defined by a strong track record in strategic execution, business development and operational leadership within complex, multinational environments. Ettore has also played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, integration programmes and the development of high-performing, growth-focused organisations.
