Phenna Group is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of the Spanish group AUCATEL-EIC, establishing a strong position in the sectors of Urban Verification and Control, Environmental Inspection and Industrial Safety in Spain. AUCATEL-EIC is our 10th acquisition of 2026 and will join Phenna Group's Built Environment Division within the EMEA region, strengthening our position in Spain and playing a key role in supporting further expansion across the market.
