Phenna Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark O'Connor as Group Chief Information Officer (CIO), further strengthening the Group's leadership team as it continues its ambitious growth journey.
Mark joins Phenna Group with over 35 years of global experience in IT, telecommunications, and business transformation. He is known for building high-performing technology teams and delivering transformation programmes that create lasting impact. His career includes senior roles at Capita, BT Global Services, Serco plc, and Carillion plc, where he led large-scale digital transformation programmes and delivered enterprise technology strategies across complex, multi-market organisations.
At Capita, Mark served as Group CIO from 2018 to 2024, overseeing the company's IT strategy and operations, leading a hybrid shared service organisation of over 5,500 professionals. His expertise spans digital innovation, cybersecurity maturity, AI deployment, data architecture, and enterprise platform delivery.
