Headquartered in Nottingham UK, Phenna Group’s aim is to invest in and partner with selected niche, independent Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) companies that serve a variety of sectors, ensuring customers’ peace of mind by delivering first class assurance services.

This is the ninth acquisition made by Phenna Group in 2021 and represents our first in the statutory inspection sector.

Formed in 1979 and based in Warwickshire, Industrial Safety Inspections (ISI) is a leading independent engineering inspection organisation, helping commercial and industrial customers across the UK to meet their statutory obligations and protect their staff, plant and assets. The company provides a nationwide service through its highly trained Engineers, where it helps clients meet their statutory obligations under current legislation. ISI provide inservice engineering inspections and thorough examination, meeting the requirements of Health and Safety legislation for statutory and nonstatutory plant, in the following areas:

  • LOLER 1998 Lifting Equipment Inspections
  • PSSR 2000 Pressure System Inspections
  • COSHH (Regulation 9) 2002 Extraction and Local Exhaust Ventilation Plant
  • PUWER 1998 Work Equipment Inspections
  • On & off site Load Testing and Pressure Testing
