Meet the UK, Ireland & MEA Team

The UK, Ireland & MEA region is supported by a dedicated leadership structure designed to ensure close oversight, sector-specific focus, and strategic alignment across all our divisions.

Each of our divisions is led by its own Divisional Managing Director (MD) and supported by a Divisional FD. These leaders are responsible for driving operational performance, supporting the growth of our businesses, and delivering outstanding client outcomes within their sectors.

In addition to our divisional teams, our Group Head of Corporate Development works closely with the Divisional MDs, business owners, and prospective partners. This role ensures that acquisitions are aligned with Phenna Group's values and integrated smoothly into our wider network.
