We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Ventilate Consultancy & Control Limited (VCC) and Ventilate Grease Control Limited (VGC) (together "Ventilate"), a UK-based specialist provider of kitchen ventilation compliance and fats, oils and grease (FOG) management services.
Ventilate will join Phenna Group's Certification and Compliance Division as an add-on to ECAS, creating strong strategic alignment and clear synergies across service capability, customer base and market access. This deal represents Phenna Group's 8th acquisition of 2026.
