We are delighted to announce the acquisition of McCarthy Consulting Group (MCG), a leading Australian professional building surveying company. This transaction marks our 19th deal of 2025 and further strengthens our presence in the Asia-Pacific region. MCG will complement companies within our Australian based Built Environment Division, including Certis, MBC Group, Oracle Surveys and Resolve Group.
