Phenna Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of ITS Controlli Tecnici, an independent technical inspection and engineering services company headquartered in Rome, with an office in Milan. This transaction represents Phenna Group's 26th acquisition in 2025 and further reinforces our commitment to building a leading, international testing, inspection, certification and compliance services business.
About ITS
Established as a highly respected independent advisor, ITS Controlli Tecnici specialises in design review, technical control, independent engineering and project management services for major infrastructure projects and complex buildings. Its expertise spans railways, highways, metro systems, ports and other critical infrastructure, as well as high-rise buildings, railway stations, hospitals, stadiums and hotels.
ITS supports public entities, private funds and construction firms, providing independent verification and inspection services to ensure compliance with international standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
Following the acquisition, ITS Controlli Tecnici will join Phenna’s Infrastructure Division, significantly strengthening the Group's technical capabilities and expanding its footprint in Italy. The business adds complementary expertise in infrastructure design verification, real estate and industrial inspections, aligning strongly with Phenna's long-term growth strategy and focus on quality and independence.
ITS Controlli Tecnici will continue to operate under its existing management team and brand, ensuring continuity for clients while benefiting from Phenna Group's international network, technical depth and long-term investment approach.
