Phenna Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of Aquatech, a specialist provider of water hygiene, water testing and legionella risk assessment services based in Wolverhampton, UK. This acquisition is our 18th deal of 2025 and augments our established, market leading Built Environment division.

Established in 1999, Aquatech has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality compliance and testing services to customers across a wide range of sectors. These include housing associations, facilities management companies, maintenance providers, food and drink manufacturers, universities, hotels, local councils and Ministry of Defence sites.
They offer a comprehensive suite of services spanning water treatment, water hygiene inspection and analysis, air hygiene (LEV testing and ventilation inspection), and legionella risk assessments. Over the years, Aquatech has grown into a trusted partner for clients requiring assurance in these safety-critical areas.
