This acquisition is our 24th deal of 2025 and continues our ambitious programme of international expansion. 4Fores marks Phenna's entry into Spain, following the group's establishment this year of a meaningful presence in Italy. And reinforces our commitment to building a broad-based international group of high-quality businesses.
4fores enhances Phenna Group's Industrials Division capabilities, bringing expertise in renewable energy testing and compliance as global growth in wind, solar, and distributed energy systems accelerates.
