Outbound Sales Executive – Pleasley Vale (Office Based)
- Salary: £26,000 base + OTE £45,000–£50,000
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Office based)

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our Sales team at NAPIT. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are hungry to succeed in sales, this could be the role for you!
In this role, you’ll be reaching out to existing members and customers, promoting NAPIT training, software, membership upgrades and more. You’ll play a key part in driving engagement and sales, while developing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to members and customers to promote upgrades, training, products, and services.
· Communicate effectively to highlight the benefits of our offerings and generate sales.
· Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous contacts.
· Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Drive and resilience to achieve targets.
· Previous outbound sales or telesales experience desirable, but not essential.
· A proactive and positive attitude towards customer engagement and sales.
What We Offer
· Competitive base salary of c. £26,000.
· Excellent On-Target Earnings of £45,000–£50,000.
