The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Master Data Manager to oversee the effective management of all vendor and customer master data. You’ll lead the Master Data team and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a process improvement mindset who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Master Data team and oversee performance management and development
- Maintain vendor and customer master data with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Implement and monitor master data policies, procedures, and standards
- Drive data quality through regular cleansing, validation, and audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and other teams
- Manage master data projects, including system implementations and data migrations
- Identify automation opportunities and support continuous process improvement
- Support internal and external audit requests related to master data
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience with ERP systems in a master data management role
- Strong knowledge of vendor and customer data domains
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with integrated systems (AP, AR, GL, Payroll)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; exposure to automation tools (e.g., RPA) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and time management skills
