We are now seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as CPT Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in site investigation, with full training provided.

The Role

As a CPT Operator, you will:

• Carry out Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) on sites across the UK (and potentially overseas).
• Learn how to drive and operate our fleet of rigs to successfully deliver CPT services.
• Travel regularly, including overnight stays.
• Work closely with a friendly, supportive team of experienced operators.
• Use Microsoft Excel for recording and reporting data.
• Support client relationships by delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
• Apply basic mechanical skills when required to support rig operation and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence (essential).
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home frequently.
• Basic ICT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Dedication, reliability, and a client-focused attitude.
• Basic mechanical skills (advantageous but not essential).
• No previous CPT experience is required – full training will be provided.
