Marketing Executive
Location: Lutterworth (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects across Elmhurst.
You’ll oversee campaigns from initial briefing through to delivery and evaluation, ensuring activity is well-managed, on time, and aligned with Elmhurst’s professional, high-quality brand. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the wider marketing team, you’ll help meet increasing organisational demand, support the launch and growth of schemes and software, and strengthen our reporting and optimisation capabilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and using insight and performance data to continuously improve marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Lead nominated marketing campaigns and projects from briefing through to delivery and post-campaign evaluation
- Manage multiple priorities to keep work on track, on time, and to a high standard
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, shape briefs, and agree timelines
Digital Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor and optimise channel performance to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Support performance reporting, insights, and ongoing optimisation
- Contribute to A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to inform future campaigns
Content, Communications & Brand
- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with Elmhurst’s tone of voice and brand standards
- Coordinate timely content delivery across digital platforms such as web and email
- Deliver clear, relevant, and engaging communications to target audiences
Stakeholder Management & Ways of Working
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and Marketing
- Support efficient marketing processes and workflow management
- Contribute to the development of customer/member personas and insights
