Existing Dwellings (DEA) Technical Advisor – Wakefield (3+ days in office)

• Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Join the UK’s leading provider of energy assessor training and accreditation at Elmhurst Energy!We are seeking two motivated Technical Advisors to join our DEA Audit & Support team in Wakefield. As a DEA Technical Advisor, you will deliver expert technical guidance to domestic energy assessors and trainees, supporting them via phone and email and performing audit responsibilities to ensure industry-leading service.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing responsive, high quality technical support (verbal & written)
• Handling audit queries and delivering solutions
• Fostering strong member relationships, promoting Elmhurst’s independent expertise
• Collaborating as part of a driven, friendly office-based team (minimum 3 days/week)

• Level 3 qualification in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA)
• Excellent customer service orientation

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in the built environment, property, or energy industry
• Phone-based technical or customer support experience
