The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to join our team. This is a multifaceted role that combines general business support with a strong focus on operational data management. You will work closely with senior management and multiple departments to ensure smooth processes, accurate data handling, and compliance across the business.

This position is well-suited to someone who is organised, analytical, and confident managing a wide variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business-wide operational and administrative support.
  • Coordinate resources to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Support HR administration: recruitment, payroll validation, employee records, inductions, and compliance.
  • Manage and validate operational data across HR, payroll, finance, and ERP systems.
  • Liaise between teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain data integrity across key systems (HR, payroll, ERP, CRM, scheduling).
  • Champion a positive company culture and support ESG activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of data management principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational processes (payroll, HR admin, finance).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in HR administration and payroll processes is highly desirable.
